Dr Stephen Tong receives NHMRC award
Dr Stephen Tong, clinician and research scientist at MIMR’s Centre for Cancer Research, Centre for Women’s Health and Monash University Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, has been awarded an NHMRC Achievement Award for his research. His research includes biomarker discovery, twinning and early pregnancy events. He is also undertaking work designing short interfering RNAs that concurrently silence target genes and recruit the innate immune system.
