Teaching of the Graduate Diploma of Reproductive Sciences and Master of Reproductive Sciences takes place in a number of locations. These include the teaching and laboratory facilities of the Monash Institute of Medical Research, Prince Henry's Institute and Monash Medical Centre.

Teaching of the Master of Clinical Embryology takes place in the dedicated EPRD teaching and laboratory facilities in the Centre of Reproduction and Development of the Monash Institute of Medical Research.
